In their new "Bootblack Mentorship" class, Bootblack Allen and Baby Bee will be talking creating a mentorship culture that is healing, empowering, and accountable, so that all bootblacks - both current and future - feel valued and uplifted. They'll touch on understanding the deeper responsibilities that come with being a bootblack, committing to a service-oriented mindset, challenging toxic behaviors, and fostering a more supportive and respectful community. Whether you are currently a mentor, a bootblack, or simply someone who wants to better understand the ethics of service, this class will provide the tools and insights needed to redefine bootblack mentorship for the better.
